Introductory Training for New Recruits
New recruits who have passed our competitive recruitment process and joined Seohan Group are provided a variety of growth opportunities based on our new recruit nurturing system for about 1 year after onboarding to help them steadily adapt to the corporation.

Promotee Training
We plan and conduct a training course that helps employees self-diagnose their current level of self-development, overcome procrastination, and build an internal system for continuous self-development.

All executives and employees of Seohan Group can set their own growth plans through a systematic job skill diagnosis.

Online Training
Following the trend of reducing or suspending standardized training curriculums, standardized training locations such as training institutes, one-sided class formats using instructors, and "training for training's sake" where training and work are separated, employees can utilize a variety of non-face-to-face media that they can access in real time anywhere, anytime.

Leadership Training by Position
Depending on the growth stage of an individual, we help them focus improving their leadership skills in a variety of areas, from growth as a person to growth in relationships, growth in their job, and finally growth in the organization.

Security Training
We provide detailed training on the corporation's internal security regulations that specify the duties of security officers and managers and rules for the security of documents, communications, and computers. We also provide detailed training on security, security training, and handling security incidents.

We implement training on legal obligations, such as sexual harassment prevention training, occupational safety and health training, personal information protection training, and awareness of the disabled in the workplace training, through invited professional instructors.

S-OJT
S-OJT, which stands for "Systematic On-the-Job Training," is a training program conducted by experienced employees at worksites or similar places to help new employees develop their skills. Unlike the usual lectures, this is focused on the individual needs of each employee. S-OJT is categorized into job OJT, benchmarking, webinars, and talent donation, and expands its learning opportunities into the regular curriculum based on satisfaction survey results.

External Job Training Support
In addition to job-related training through external institutions, we support the participation in various seminars, such as those on data, technology, services, psychology, education, and mental health, by directly holding and guiding our employees to these seminars. Directly held seminars and major training videos can be viewed at any time through our in-house experience sharing platform (SHARE).

Job Qualifications Acquisition Support
We provide support for course registration fees, textbook fees, exam fees, and more that our executives and employees need in order to acquire job-related qualifications. Our goal is to provide to our executives and employees opportunities for self-directed development of skills and acquisition of professional knowledge.

Language Training Support
In a business environment that is gradually globalized, we want to help our executives and employees grow their global skills. Therefore, we encourage our executives and employees to participate in various in-house language classes conducted directly by instructors from professional language teaching companies, or individually take classes at language institutes and apply for financial aid.
